After losing his home to a devastating fire in 2020, the insurance company offered Vince a fraction of what was needed to rebuild. The system felt complex, opaque, and unfair. Vince spent the next three years and over 1000 hours understanding the claim process, working with experts, and fighting for the benefits which his insurance policy promised. Through his first-hand experience Vince also learned that much of the homeowner’s challenges lay in organizing and managing a wide-range of challenges including working with a large number of specialists, contractors, and insurance industry “partners” while maintaining a professional and personal life. His experience inspired him to help others avoid similar situations.

Today, Vince leads our team with a passionate commitment to ensuring every homeowner is prepared for the unexpected. With an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley (Haas School of Business) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Vince combines strategic leadership with technical expertise. He has held executive positions in the aerospace and defense sectors, including serving as President & COO of Millennium Space Systems and as a board member at Momentus. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Vince has built a career on solving complex, high-stakes challenges—a skill set he now applies to transforming how individuals and communities recover from fire-related losses.
